Spring came and I closed on the house. I knew money would be tight for awhile because it was a $100,000 house we bought. So for Mary’s birthday I went all out that year and pulled out all the stops. We had a wondeful weekend at the Chatou of Avalon in Kansas City, Ks over by the NASCAR Speedway. I spoiled her like she had never been spoiled before.

The house was wonderful and we just felt right at home there, it was like we belonged there.
